We hosted representatives of NASK SA at our factory to discuss issues related to the cybersecurity of modern railway rolling stock.
The guests were shown around the plant by Jerzy Woliński, President of the Management Board, and Michał Wagner, Technical Director.
During the visit, issues related to the cybersecurity of rail vehicles were discussed, in particular in the context of the increasing digitalization of on-board systems.
Cybersecurity is a key element of modern rolling stock
Potential areas of cooperation were also discussed regarding the adaptation of rolling stock to the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Regulation (CRA) and the NIS-2 Directive. These regulations impose new obligations in the area of system protection and resilience of digital critical infrastructure, including rail transport.
Cybersecurity is becoming a key element in the design and operation of modern rail vehicles. Dialogue with NASK experts is a significant step towards further improving the quality and security of our solutions.
