Jerzy Wolinski
Jerzy Woliński, previously the company's CEO, has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board. He is a manager with many years of experience, having managed companies for over thirty years, serving on both management and supervisory boards. He graduated from the Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, specializing in building and engineering structures. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, and is authorized to serve on supervisory boards of state-owned companies.
He has held positions including: Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Police Chemical Plant; President of the Management Board of Uzdrowisko Świnoujście SA; President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Polish Chemical Consortium Sp. z o.o.; President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Prorem Sp. z o.o.; President of the Management Board of Grupa Azoty Chemical Rescue Unit Sp. z o.o.; and President of the Management Board of ZKS "Unia" Tarnów. He is a member of the supervisory boards of: Kombinat Budowlany Kołobrzeg Sp. z o.o.; Zakład Pomiarów i Automatyki "AUTOMATYKA" Sp. z o.o.; Tarnów Industrial Cluster "Plastikowa Dolina" S.A.; Polish Basketball League Joint-Stock Company; ZAKSA S.A. Sports Joint-Stock Company; Branch Recovery Organization Joint-Stock Company; Grupa Azoty Police Service. Privately, he is a tennis enthusiast.
Wojciech Pyka
Wojciech Pyka, Member of the Management Board for Finance, is an experienced manager with many years of experience in the railway and financial sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Economics in Katowice and completed postgraduate MBA studies. He is a Certified Auditor and qualified to serve on Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies. His career includes positions such as President of the Management Board of JSW Logistics Sp. z o.o., Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at Koleje Śląskie Sp. z o.o., and previously worked for companies such as Hutchinson Poland, Deloitte Polska, and Lys Fusion Poland, where he served as Chief Accountant. His personal interests include football and the automotive industry.
Piotr Wasilewski
For Piotr Wasilewski, Member of the Management Board for Technical Affairs, joining H. Cegielski Fabryka Pojazdów Szynowych (H. Cegielski Rail Vehicle Factory) is a continuation of a long-standing family tradition connected with the railway industry. His great-grandfather, father, and brother all worked for the railways.
Piotr Wasilewski is a graduate of the Poznań University of Technology, where he earned a Master of Science in Rail Transport. He began his career in 2007 at the then Bombardier Transportation (later Alstom), where he worked on multi-system locomotives. He gained experience by working in several positions, eventually reaching Project Manager, leading maintenance and periodic repair projects for locomotives and passenger cars.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as President of MW RAIL SA, a rolling stock company offering freight wagon rentals. In December 2025, he was appointed Member of the Management Board for Technical Affairs at H. Cegielski – Fabryka Pojazdów Szynowych.
Privately, he is a big fan of sailing.
