A common voice of science and business
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, the Industry Council of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Poznań University of Technology met. The event was hosted by the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Bartosz Gapiński, DSc, Eng., prof.
The Industry Council serves in an advisory capacity, supporting the university in determining directions for the development of teaching and research. The opinions and experiences of companies, including H. Cegielski – FPS, influence the updating of curricula and their adaptation to the real needs of the economy.
Honorable Mention for the "Engineer of the Future 2023-2025" Program
During the event, our company was honored with a statuette and diploma for co-creating the "Engineer of the Future 2023–2025" internship program. Michał Wagner, Technical Director, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
“I would like to sincerely thank you for your fruitful cooperation and commitment, which contribute to the education of future generations of engineers and the development of the faculty […] We appreciate your professionalism, openness to innovation, and willingness to share knowledge.” - was written on the diploma presented by the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, PhD, DSc, Eng Bartosz Gapiński, prof. PP.
The internship program, implemented in collaboration with Poznań University of Technology, enabled four students to gain practical experience in the FPS industrial environment. We are particularly pleased that all program participants were offered employment as design engineers. Today, they are part of our team, co-creating projects that drive the company's growth.
Cooperation that develops both sides
For H. Cegielski – FPS, collaboration with Poznań University of Technology is a strategic element in building the competencies of future engineering staff. We hope that subsequent initiatives implemented in collaboration with the university will bring continued success – for students, faculty, and industry alike.
