The Supervisory Board of H. Cegielski – Fabryka Pojazdów Szynowych Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań (the “Company”) hereby announces that, pursuant to Resolution No. 29/2025 of the Supervisory Board of the Company dated May 28, 2025, it has completed the qualification procedure for the position of Member of the Management Board for Operations of the Company.
Applications submitted in the qualification procedure referred to above will be returned to the persons who submitted the applications by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 3 working days from the date of completion of the qualification procedure, to the correspondence address indicated in the application.
