On March 6th, a special Women's Day event was held at the Rusałka Restaurant for women working at the H. Cegielski Rail Vehicle Factory. It was a feminine afternoon – full of inspiration and positive energy.
During the meeting, Dorota Nowocień delivered an inspiring motivational speech about feminine energy, emphasizing that strength, determination, and creativity are inherent elements of female nature. Her speech provided an opportunity to reflect on the role of women in both professional and personal life.
The next point of the event was a workshop during which each participant could create their own "forest in a jar" – a green composition that would serve as a unique souvenir of the meeting.
Representatives of the Management Board also extended their best wishes to all the women. President of the Management Board, Jerzy Woliński, sent a letter to the company's employees, while Piotr Wasilewski, Member of the Management Board for Technical Affairs, added words of appreciation and thanks for their daily contribution to the company's development.
