The Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the dismissal of the current President of the Management Board of the Company and entrusted the function of acting President of the Management Board to the current Member of the Management Board, Mr. Tomasz Zelwowiec, who was authorized to represent the Company individually.
Contracts being implemented at Cegielski FPS are not at risk. All production work is continuing, which means that work on existing passenger car modernization projects will soon be completed, and the project of 300 new passenger cars for PKP Intercity SA, with the option to extend the order by another 150 cars, will enter regular production, in line with the schedule agreed with the ordering party.
The company continues its ambitious development plans, monitors the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, and takes steps to increase the employment of production workers, which will enable even more efficient management of the organization and its current order portfolio.
