The year 2026 is special in two ways: it marks the 105th anniversary of our commencement of rolling stock production, and it is also the Year of the Polish Railways, established by a resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

On this occasion, our company is using a special anniversary logo that will accompany all events and communications throughout the year.

A joint celebration of Polish transport

By designating 2026 as the Year of the Polish Railways, the Sejm (lower house of parliament) emphasized the enormous contribution of railway workers and rolling stock manufacturers to the development of the Polish economy. September 24th also marks the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Polish State Railways by President Ignacy Mościcki.

As a company that has been building Polish rolling stock for over a century, we are proud to be part of this history.

From coal wagons to modern multiple units

Our railway history began in 1921, when we launched the production of coal wagons, covered wagons and flat cars, and in the following decades – passenger wagons, locomotives, Luxtorpedas, electric locomotives and many vehicles that have become a permanent part of the history of Polish transport.
